  • Where did you grow up?

    Born and raise in Bakersfield, California.

  • Tell us about your family.

    My Dad is a Mechanic (Auto Technician). My Mom is a stay at home mom now grandmother and this is one of the biggest and most important careers there is. My brother was a Herpetologist and lectured in schools across the country, unfortunately he died in a traffic accident in 1972. My oldest sister works for the church in her neighborhood. My other sister is a RN in our home town.

  • Share something about yourself that might surprise people.

    I was once attacked by a leopard, been bitten by a Gila monster, slept with scorpions, and wrestled alligators.

  • Briefly describe your work experience.

    I was an auto mechanic until 1994 then went into construction until 2002 when I was hired by Summit Ranch to be Plant Manager for SPS.

  • If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?

    The place wouldn't matter as long as I could spend it with my wife.

  • What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

    Being with my wife, Pam, and spending time with her working our ranch.

  • What draws you most to this type of work?

    The challenge.
